I did not watch that show - although I am a Paris Hilton fan since forever.

First of all: I do not know why I should watch someone cooking if I don´t have the pleasure to hang around with that person, opening wine bottles or catching up with personal gossip and then having dinner together.

Second of all: I´d expected "Cooking with Paris" as something semi-satirical. And I just take her too serious for that.

As we are happy subscribers to New York Magazine my husband reads it online all the time - when we get the printed version, like, six weeks later, I come on board, reading that very issue from cover to cover.

This is how I ran into this lovely article about the show - and decided to still NOT watch it.
