So you have a dog. And this dog becomes, the longer, the more, an important part of your daily life. That assumed, it will be only a question of time and this dog is part of your social network activities as well.

Kelly even became a model once, when German magazine Donna shot me for little feature in on of their issues. Because the stylist liked her so much. And the photographer thought she is cool, too.

And here´s the thing with dachshunds: they love to be in the center of attention. They cannot stand being ignored. They do anything to get back into focus, if someone does not take notice. Here comes the barking, the jumping up, the infamous "Dackelblick", as the Germans call it.

Because unlike any other breed, dachshunds focus you persistently long, looking directly into your eyes, when they want you to do something for them.

That makes taking their picture quite easy. And if you take a closer look at the internet you will find out - they are the true stars of instagram.
